Our Facilities
Our clinic is a light, bright basement space decorated to have a homely, welcoming feel. We have designed our entrance to minimise air pollution and run air purifiers all year round. Our treatments rooms and gym area are all carefully sanitised between appointments. We have clean washrooms available for your use. Please be aware that there are stairs (8 steps with handrails) as you enter and exit the premises.

Treatment Rooms
At myPhysio we have well equipped, private treatment rooms where your physiotherapist will take your history and examine you.
Gym
We have a well-equipped gym including Pilates equipment, a multifunctional trainer, stationary cycle, treadmill, weights equipment and a variety of exercise balls and resistance bands to allow us to design effective, creative and engaging exercise routines. Our physiotherapists are also expert at designing exercise routines that require minimal or no equipment in case you need the flexibility to exercise with as few exercise aids as possible. You may be invited to exercise in our gym under supervision, independently in our gym or at home depending on your particular needs.

Pilates
Pilates is a form of exercise originally developed by Joseph Pilates in the 1920s. It has become a popular form of exercise for general fitness and strength as well as in rehabilitation of injuries. Our Pilates equipment is imported from Australia and the US. Our physiotherapists have expertise in designing and carefully supervising Pilates based exercise programs with this specialised equipment that allows unique rehabilitation opportunities. For those who like to practice Pilates at home, there is also a version of Pilates called ‘mat-based Pilates’ that requires nothing but an exercise mat. Our method of prescribing exercises incorporates the principles of Pilates to achieve rehabilitation goals to optimise outcomes.
