Dr. Huda Raja (PT) is an orthopaedic physiotherapist working at myPhysio since 2023. She holds a Master’s degree in Orthopaedics from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi.  She is committed to practicing evidence-based physiotherapy, keeping abreast of the latest research in her field. Huda has a meticulous approach to assessment and diagnosis of musculoskeletal pain.  She is skilled in hands on treatment techniques and in addition is a certified dry needling therapist.  She also supports an active approach to rehabilitation with creative and targeted exercise rehabilitation plans to treat the diagnosed problem and prevent its return.

Huda has a particular interest in promoting fitness and optimising activity in her patients.  She conducts detailed fitness assessments, using the findings to designed tailored exercise programs.  She also has a keen interest in sports physiotherapy and is experienced in supervising post-injury and post-surgical return to sport routines. She takes pride in assisting patients in reaching their short and long term goals and creating personalized rehabilitation programs.
