Dr. Neerja Vadehra (PT) graduated as a physiotherapist from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) in Delhi in 2005 and joined myPhysio in 2024. Neerja lived abroad for many years and brings her experience as a traveller and a mother to her work as an orthopaedic physiotherapist with a special interest in both paediatric and geriatric care. She understands the unique needs of aging patients as well as children.   She has an empathetic patient-centred approach, building a strong rapport with her patients, motivating both the young and the elderly to engage in the personalised programs she creates to promote recovery from injury and overall wellbeing.

Neerja has a passion for helping people regain and maintain their full movement potential as they age.  She can integrate multiple functional goals into a treatment program to optimise each person’s ability to engage in the activities they value.  Each patient is meticulously assessed and cared for with the gentle and good-humoured style that endears her to her patients of all ages.
