Patients

We provide specific appointment times and do our best not to keep our patients waiting.  For your first appointment, please arrive a little early and report to the reception desk.  Our receptionist will provide you with a ‘contact details’ form for you to complete.

Your treating physiotherapist will meet you in the waiting room and will escort you to your assessment room, where a detailed history and thorough assessment will be undertaken. Your treating physiotherapist will explain their findings to you and will encourage you to ask as many questions as you need to. The better you understand what is causing your symptoms, the better your outcome will be. Your physiotherapist will then design a treatment plan tailored specifically for your needs. We encourage you to take an active role in the design of a treatment program that will fit with your schedule and achieve the best outcome as soon as possible.

 Your Treatment:

We have wide international experience of many treatment methods and will offer the best selection of treatments to meet your needs. We incorporate both hands-on techniques (for example soft tissue therapies and joint mobilisation) and rehabilitative exercise in our treatment approach. We also believe that knowledge is power and so all of your treatment sessions will involve education to help you understand how your symptoms have developed and how to overcome them. The clinic has a well-equipped gym area, including Pilates equipment and if required for your presentation, we will teach you exercises that will help restore your body to its best function.

 Your follow-up appointments:

The number of follow-up appointments you require will depend on your individualised treatment plan. Some patients will benefit from regular treatments in our rooms for the initial healing period, while others will do better with a more independent approach of practicing specially designed exercises at home. We will negotiate the most appropriate approach for you. We avoid over-treating our patients.

 What to wear:

It is best to wear loose, comfortable clothing to your appointments as you may need to learn some exercises and you should find it easy to move. You may also need to undress to some degree to allow thorough assessment of your joints and muscles. Draping will be offered to provide you with maximum privacy, but it will help if you have some shorts and a sleeveless top to wear.

Please call or message the clinic on +91 8130372277 (also a WhatsApp number) or +91 (011) 41034984 to make an appointment.

The clinic is open from 9 am until 7 pm weekdays and 9am – 5pm on Saturdays.  Our physiotherapists each have differing shifts, so if you need to see a specific therapist, the time you are offered may depend on their particular work hours.

Appointment durations:

Initial appointments for patients with orthopaedic, musculoskeletal or sports injuries will usually be 30-45 minutes in length and follow up treatments and review appointments will usually be 20-30 minutes. For patients visiting for pelvic floor or continence problems, initial appointments will be an 45-60 minutes long and follow up treatments and reviews will usually be 30-45 minutes duration. These times may vary depending on your individual needs. The length of your appointments will be discussed with you.

The clinic is managed by appointments. We endeavour to stay on time and will appreciate if our valued patients are able to keep their appointments too. Please call with as much notice as possible if you need to change your appointment times to allow us to offer the appointment time to others.  If you are running late for an unavoidable reason, please call us so that we can try to make arrangements to accommodate you or to provide an alternative appointment time if need be.

We offer expert assessments and the highest level of care. We request that all sessions are paid for upfront. Please contact us regarding consultation fees.
